Hi! We're Ben and Jenna McPhail, a husband and wife duo with a shared passion for sports, the outdoors, and creating memorable experiences. Jenna, born and raised in Alaska grew up in Soldotna, where her love for hockey took root. She pursued her passion by playing NCAA Division One Hockey for Saint Cloud State University starting in 2012. It was during her time at the university that she met Ben McPhail, a Minnesota native and a wrestler at the same institution.

After completing our collegiate endeavors, we made the move to Alaska and embraced our roles in the family-operated hockey shop located in Kenai. Ben takes the reins of the Zamboni and lends his expertise to local wrestling programs, while Jenna oversees the shop's management, coaches aspiring talents, and provides personalized training sessions. Alaska's breathtaking beauty and diverse opportunities for adventure capture our hearts in both winter and summer. Whether it's the thrill of watching or playing hockey, outdoors activities alongside our canine companion Zoomy, or exploring mountain trails, our winters are as vibrant as our summers, which are filled with hiking, camping, fishing escapades with friends, and cherished moments with family around bonfires.

In 2015, we exchanged vows and merged our lives, with Ben relocating from Minnesota to join Jenna in the Alaskan landscape that she holds so dear. With a dedication to hospitality, we are proudly Superhosts on Airbnb.
